Definitely hard to have a good time here on Mondays & Tuesdays. We stood in line and watched people just come right up and get assistance even though CLEARLYįirst of all.the people that work here are great Some of the friendliest, respectful, hard working people. The line for this “cashier” is confusing and they just help whomever they choose. That dollar amount was stuck in limbo for hours before I could use it again. She then waved me off and said “next person”.offering no help at all. I had a passport card with me also that proved who I was. Went to redeem this, and since my ID had my full legal first name, but my card had my abbreviated first name, the cashier literally threw my cards back and said she couldn’t approve the transaction (that was already APPROVED by the casino’s ATM) because the name was different. I was trying to get a cash advance from my card which was approved by the casinos ATM. If you ask a question you are met with an impatient attitude. The only staff that were kind were the waitress and the gal cleaning. I’ve not been to a TON of casinos but enough to know that usually they treat customers well because they want you to stay and spend your money! Not here.
